Policy and prevention measures

To ensure your safety and that of our employees, we are doing everything we can to welcome you in an environment that complies with the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada and provincial authorities.
We pay increased attention to the cleaning and disinfection of the chalets. However, we remind you that compliance with sanitary measures is the tenants' responsibility at all times.

Modification or cancellation

If access to your booked chalet is not prohibited by government directives, the standard cancellation and modification policy below applies.
If government or regulatory restrictions prevent you from accessing the chalet you have reserved, you can, at your convenience, postpone your stay or obtain a credit valid for 12 months following the cancellation. The new reservation dates will be limited according to the availability of the chalets, the rate per night and the minimum length of stay in force. There will be no extension of the eligibility period (12 months) or refund of unused credits.
It is your responsibility to contact us when a new government directive is put in place to verify your options.
